Honouring Malaysian Nurses Serving Abroad

The event was hosted by the Malaysian Nurses Overseas Group, bringing together Malaysian nurses across the Kingdom for an evening of appreciation, networking, and celebration.

A Meaningful Gathering for Malaysian Nurses in Saudi Arabia
The celebration featured a well-structured program of recognition, networking, and community engagement. It was officiated by His Excellency Dato’ Syed Mohamad Bakri Bin Syed Abdul Rahman, Ambassador of Malaysia to Saudi Arabia, who acknowledged the contributions of Malaysian nurses serving internationally and their role in strengthening Malaysia’s presence in global healthcare.
Ms. Kennesri, CEO of Melorita Healthcare, also delivered a special address expressing appreciation for the nurses’ dedication and reaffirming Melorita Healthcare’s ongoing commitment to supporting them beyond recruitment through continuous engagement and career support.
The evening included networking sessions, community introductions, sharing segments with Melorita Healthcare and partners such as Open University Malaysia (OUM), as well as dinner, entertainment, and lucky draw activities, creating space for nurses to reconnect and celebrate their shared journey.
The event brought together Malaysian nurses working across various healthcare institutions in Saudi Arabia. It also marked the first anniversary of the Malaysian Nurses Group in Saudi Arabia, reflecting the growing unity and strength of the community.
